Three Literature Majors Win Fall 2019 Scholarships

Literature major Samantha Watkins won Chancellor’s Undergraduate Research Fellowship to pursue the project, “Developing Empathy in Undergraduate Literature Students through the Use of Online Discussion Boards.” Vincent Peebles won a University Honors College Research Fellowship for the study, “Another Kind of Verse: Locating The Lasting Likeness of Long Line.” And Emma Wolinsky won a Chancellor’s Undergraduate Teaching Fellowship for her work on the course, “Literature and Science.” Emma is also the host of the “Remains to be Seen” podcast. Congratulations to our three winners!
